一、液壓系統(tǒng)共由五部分組成：

二、更換條件及標準：

冷再生機在施工過程中負荷較大、液壓系統(tǒng)溫度較高，為使泵和馬達等液壓元件系統(tǒng)中的液壓油黏度處于最佳范圍，建議用戶使用HV46#及以上低溫冷凝抗磨液壓油。

根據(jù)工程機械設(shè)備對液壓系統(tǒng)的要求，初次對液壓系統(tǒng)和濾芯的保養(yǎng)為500小時，考慮油質(zhì)及費用問題，初次保養(yǎng)方案是將油品進行過濾，只更換濾芯；從第二次保養(yǎng)開始為1000h，因工作強度的大小不一樣，可以根據(jù)油脂情況適當延長保養(yǎng)時間。

三、保養(yǎng)方案：

①更換時機：設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束后適當?shù)臏囟认拢?0攝氏度以下）更換為最佳時機。
① Replacement time: the best time to replace the equipment at an appropriate temperature (below 50 ℃) after the operation of the equipment.
②更換液壓油及濾芯應(yīng)具備的場地條件及器具。場地條件：平整清潔的地面（水泥地面最好）。器具：三相電源、200L的油桶三個、濾油機一臺（更換濾芯）、充足的液壓油（HV46#）、濾芯一套、濾芯扳手1件。

③更換步驟：先將設(shè)備的液壓油抽出。拆下全部液壓油濾芯。將事先需要更換的鋼管、膠管安裝好。將新液壓油通過濾油機注入。觀察新的油位是否達到標準油位，直到達標為準。啟動設(shè)備后，小負荷運轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備，使液壓油均勻充滿各部位液壓件。
③ Replacement steps: first draw out the hydraulic oil of the equipment. Remove all hydraulic oil filter elements. Install the steel pipe and rubber hose that need to be replaced in advance. Inject new hydraulic oil through the oil filter. Observe whether the new oil level reaches the standard oil level until it reaches the standard.
