水泥冷再生和瀝青冷再生的有哪些區(qū)別？

平時(shí)我們常見的路面就是水泥路和瀝青路，冷再生機(jī)在維護(hù)這兩種路面時(shí)有哪些區(qū)別？
At ordinary times, the common pavement is cement road and asphalt road. What are the differences between the two kinds of pavement maintained by the cold recycling machine?
1、水泥冷再生
1. Cement cold recycling
水泥冷再生充分利用廢舊材料，并按比例加入一定量的添加劑在自然環(huán)境溫度下就地連續(xù)地完成材料的銑刨、破碎、拌合、攤鋪及壓實(shí)成型，冷再生租賃從而修筑出具有所需性能質(zhì)量的新基層。
The cold recycling of cement makes full use of waste materials, and a certain amount of additives are added in proportion to continuously complete the milling, crushing, mixing, paving and compaction of materials at the natural ambient temperature, so as to build a new base with required performance and quality.
與傳統(tǒng)施工方法相比，水泥冷再生成本低、效率高、質(zhì)量好，可減少污染。

2、瀝青冷再生
2. Asphalt cold regeneration
瀝青路面冷再生將舊路銑刨、剝離所得的回收瀝青路面材料，經(jīng)破碎篩分，抽提測(cè)定油石比、礦料級(jí)配組成及回收瀝青的性能指標(biāo)后，按新的瀝青再生混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)，適當(dāng)加入部分新骨料、水、乳化瀝青等，在常溫條件下（不加熱）拌制新的瀝青路面材料。冷再生技術(shù)可以降低成本10-20%左右，且生產(chǎn)效率非常高。
Cold recycling of asphalt pavement: the recycled asphalt pavement materials obtained from milling and stripping of the old road are crushed, screened, extracted and measured for asphalt aggregate ratio, mineral aggregate gradation composition and performance indicators of the recycled asphalt. According to the mix proportion design of the new asphalt recycled mixture, some new aggregate, water, emulsified asphalt, etc. are properly added to mix the new asphalt pavement materials under normal temperature (without heating). The cold regeneration technology can reduce the cost by about 10-20%, and the production efficiency is very high.
