因為舊料得以全部就地利用,減少了新材料的開采,也不存在舊料運輸和廢料隨意棄放的問題,施工過程沒有粉塵和廢氣的污染,節(jié)約了資源,保護了環(huán)境,因此被人們稱之為綠色施工技術(shù)。
